鄭汝樺：環境所限未能在馬路邊測試藥駕
運輸及房屋局局長鄭汝樺表示，由於香港的實際環境所限，未必能在馬路邊進行涉及藥駕的測試，警方會安排駕駛者到附近的警署進行測試，需時大約20至30分鐘，整個過程會錄影。 鄭汝樺表示，今年頭半年，已有30宗涉及服食藥物後駕駛的檢控，認為在短時間內有快速增加的趨勢，所以要及早正視問題，不要等到泛濫才進行。目前是按原定時間表進行諮詢，希望下個立法年度提交草案。
