Erste Freiwillige rücken ein
In rheinland-pfälzischen Kasernen beginnen Wehrdienstleistende erstmals freiwillig ihre Ausbildung. Bislang galt in Deutschland eine Wehrpflicht. An den Standorten in Germersheim und Speyer zum Beispiel beginnen mehr als 100 ihren Dienst und in Zweibrücken rund 50. Die meisten rückten allerdings in Kastellaun im Hunsrück ein.
