"Electric City"
A section of Tokyo called Akihabara, also known as Electric City.  Aside from being THE place for electronics, it also brings out the geeks, or "otaku" as they are called, from the woodworks. Aside from the "electric maids," other young costumed girls - cosplay - are out there performing to be the next Ayumi Hamasaki (a Japanese version of Britney Spears). A very surreal place indeed.
