阿蘇真是有口福，去到杭州，上一集尋找到靚腐皮，今集她突然富貴起來，在Jason的介紹下，有機會歎一頓價值二萬八千蚊的早餐，食的就是魚子醬。 魚子醬都有很多種，來自不同產地，味道和身價都有明顯差別，最頂級的是達氏鰉和歐洲鰉，吃得大家相當享受。 食飽飽，阿蘇乘船出海觀賞千島溯名勝，再到一個飼養鱘魚的漁排，阿蘇更大膽把魚糧放進口中，說味道似蝦乾。 在Jason帶領下，參觀了一個魚子醬生產工場，一睹如何製成這頂級珍品。 最後一大圍人吃了一頓千島湖美食，瑪瑙蛋夠精緻，秀水砂鍋魚頭令阿蘇叫好，媽媽煎餅不可不試，五殼豐登要與煉奶配合來食，非常滿足。
