希拉莉稱美國願助解決納卡地區衝突
正在亞美尼亞訪問的美國國務卿希拉莉說，美國願意協助亞美尼亞和阿塞拜疆，和平解決關於納戈爾諾－卡拉巴赫自治州衝突問題，並盡一切可能，推動亞美尼亞與土耳其，實現雙邊關係正常化。 希拉莉與亞美尼亞總統薩爾基相及外長納爾班江會面後說，美國堅持，納卡問題的解決方法，應以不使用武力和保障人民自決權的「赫爾辛基原則」為基礎。 她同時表示，亞美尼亞與土耳其關係改善對於兩國和整個地區都有重要意義，美國呼籲兩國，繼續努力推動雙邊關係正常化。
