A retrospective on French designer Yves Saint Laurent opened in Paris on March 11th. The exhibits include around 300 dresses, sketches, films and documents covering Saint Laurent’s more than 40 years in the fashion industry. The patron of the exhibition is France's first lady, Carla Bruni-Sarkozy.
