Meandering the same witchy walk as artists like Dreijer Andersson, Austra, and CocoRosie, Grimes is the musical alias of Montreal electro artist Clare Boucher.  Her recently released video for "Crystal Ball" is dark, medieval, and ritualisticthough we promise a bit of pop to counter the aesthetic and seep to the surface of the song. The track stems from a split 12" with fellow Montreal musician d’Eon. Directed by Tim Kelly.
