When it comes to kitchens, it is often the humble appliances that do all the work but get little of the praise. Come September though, forward-thinking luxury kitchen appliance brand Scholtès, intend to reverse this long-standing injustice with the opening of its Centre of Excellence in London designed by Patricia Urquiola.  Here we meet up with the leading lady of design to discuss her intentions for the new ambitiou London flagship.
