蓮昌寺で十三講会式
伊達市霊山町の蓮昌寺で２１日、日蓮宗の開祖・日蓮の命日を祭る十三講会式があり、参拝客でにぎわった。 前夜祭にあたる２０日の「お逮夜（たい・や）」では、檀家（だん・か）たち約６０人がお経を唱え、地元で取れた大根１２本や柿３６個、赤、白、緑の餅約１７００個を使って手作りした「餅柱」２本を奉納＝写真。江戸時代の天明年間から２００年以上続く伝統という。餅柱は２２日に解体され、檀家らに配られる。
