While Eileen is a great grandmother, her bathroom is less than lovely. The toilet is cracked, the tile is broken and there’s a huge hole in the wall from where the mirror used to be. What's more, Eileen lost her hearing as a child and her husband passed away four years ago. She began to renovate the cramped, outdated space herself, but couldn't afford to finish the job.
