子薑既辣醒胃，要泡製好味的子薑，除揀靚子薑外，調較醋方面亦要注意，教大家醃子薑秘方。三文魚食法多多，既可煙燻，又可以用紅菜頭醃、用醋和刁草醃、或黑椒醃製出多種三文魚菜式。麻婆豆腐據講是清同治年間，成都劉氏所創製，今日ANNIE會在「今晚食乜餸」示範麻婆豆腐。
