上海焼きそばのを求めて彷徨う内にまたまた見つけちゃいました！伊勢佐木町(でも黄金町に近い)中華料理北京楼で上海特製焼きそば700円。かた焼きそばを焼いて柔らかくした様な麺にトロミの薄いあんかけ野菜がたっぷり乗っかっています。木耳、海老、イカと具材の方も申し分無しです…味付けは塩味でした。しかし求めている上海焼きそばとは違うんだよね～…
