太極氣功十八式簡3-1
太極氣功十八式的鍛鍊歸納起來有調身(姿勢)鍛鍊、調心(意識)鍛鍊和調息(呼吸)鍛鍊三個要素。姿勢吸取太級拳的鬆、靜、自然、均勻、緩慢、有神、綿綿不斷等特點;意識採用良性意念法,即想像每個動作的美好意境,如雙龍出海,意想遊龍戲海等;呼吸採用深呼吸法,在新鮮空氣的環靜中,以鼻吸進新鮮空氣,以口吐出體內濁氣。兩手往上時吸氣,往下時呼氣,往左吸氣,往右呼氣,往裡吸氣,往外呼氣。以上三者之間相互配合,相互聯繫,相互促進,具有協同作用。
