7間歐洲銀行未能通過壓力測試 5間來自西班牙
歐盟公布銀行業壓力測試結果，91間銀行當中，有7間未能通過測試，其中5間是西班牙的地方銀行；德國的Hypo地產融資抵押銀行，和希臘ATE銀行亦未能過關。 壓力測試是假設這些銀行遇到雙底衰退，和主權債務危機，有無足夠資金抵禦風險，7間未能通過測試的銀行，可能需要政府援助。
