President Barack Obama visited a General Electric plant in New York State Friday to talk up economic success stories in the midst of a painfully slow recovery.  The plant, which recently won a big contract to build turbines for a power plant in India, is one of the beneficiaries of the president’s recent tour in Southeast Asia.  But as Mil Arcega reports, the president is also tapping into the company's expertise to make US businesses more competitive.
