The countdown to the 5th East Asian Games has begun. It will be the biggest international multi-sports event ever held in the SAR. Back in 2005, Macau forked out around 3 billion dollars to host the games, building world-class sports facilities. As producer Patrick Fok finds out, this Tseung Kwan O stadium is the only new venue Hongkong is building. Is the SAR neglecting the East Asian Games? Grossly inadequate - that’s the verdict some in the sports community are giving some of the venues being used for the East Asian Games. And as Patrick Fok finds out, there are other public facilities that are also well below par.
