Findlay fire officials responded to three suspicious fires this morning, two of which heavily damaged two fast food restaurants. The first fire reported to the Findlay Fire Department was at 2:51 am at Wendy’s, 500 Tiffin Avenue. A second structure fire was reported at 4:09 am at Burger King, 1700 Tiffin Avenue. Fire Chief Tom Lonyo says both structures sustained heavy damage. Fire officials say a dumpster fire near Best Buy outside the Findlay Village Mall also was reported at about the same time they were responding to the Burger King blaze.
