名人飯堂 - 余主席澳門飲食指南 - 第9集
余錦基主席今集會帶大家先去澳門不同的餐廳食肆品嚐美食,當然不只他一個,主席找來十郎鄧梓峰和湯盈盈,去到澳門,還有兩名澳門小姐迎接,一行人首先試試日式爐端燒,大大件的吞拿魚,除了平時喜歡吃的魚腩外,游水的魚骹原來都一樣好吃,因為深水魚關係,脂肪較重,令魚筋都變成可口美食,經過廚師鹽燒,嘩!無得彈。 之後再嚐火鍋,特別的火鍋配料:雞包翅、鵝肝蝦丸、順德魚腐、辣腸墨魚丸、肥牛肉片,還有新鮮鮑魚,一試難忘。 來到澳門必定要食葡國菜,白烚馬介休、海鮮燴飯、血雞飯,土生土長的葡國人,所開設的餐廳確實風味十足。 順德料理中,脆皮百花雞、糯米釀蟹鉗、炒瀨尿蝦、豉汁蒸烏魚、粥水浸紅瓜子斑,菜式夠多樣化。 回到香港,走到赤柱美利樓,嘆一嘆德國菜,德國菜的份量普遍較大,無論是豬手還是香腸、麵包,都是大大碟,配合麥味重的德國啤酒和美麗景色,是一大班人假日好去處。 最後,余主席去到自己的私人飯堂,始終中菜比較受落,陳皮燉鴨湯、雙腸鴛鴦雞飯、七彩水魚裙、羊肉絲蒸邊魚,飽了!
