The myth is that I shouldn’t eat late at night because it will make me fat.  Well, I'm happy to say that this is not true. In general, what happens is that people eat junk food and high sugar and fast-digesting foods late at night while they are watching television. In these cases, yes, those snacks can easily turn to sugar.
