Jurisprudence Progressive Homes Ltd. v. Lombard General Insurance Company of Canada - April 20th, 2010 Case # 33170 Lombard provided general liability insurance policies to Progressive Homes. The B.C. Housing Management Commission brought four actions against Progressive Homes. The actions alleged there was significant water damage to a condominium project that was built by Progressive Homes. Lombard claimed it did not have to defend Progressive Homes against the actions because they were not covered under the liability insurance policies.
