U.S. Debt Default Risk; Deficit-Reduction Talks
Martin Baily, a senior fellow at the Brookings Institution and a former chairman of the Council of Economic Advisers, discusses bipartisan negotiations over raising the U.S. debt limit and reducing the federal deficit.   Baily, speaking on Bloomberg Television’s "InBusiness With Margaret Brennan," also talks about the possibility of the U.S. defaulting on its financial obligations.
