Hop­ing to ex­pose a card sharp named Mar­ti­no, Tony in­sin­u­ates him­self in­to a card game along with Roger, Dr. Bel­lows and Gen. Scha­ef­fer. But thanks to the in­ter­ven­tion of Jean­nie Bel­lows and Scha­ef­fer be­come con­vinced that Tony is the cheater, and not Mar­ti­no. Worse still, a mob­ster mus­cles in­to the ac­tion, rel­e­gat­ing poor Roger to a dunk in the ocean with his feet in ce­ment!
