「ひらつか七夕まつり」開催を前に短冊付け
神奈川・平塚市で７日、毎年恒例の「湘南ひらつか七夕まつり」が８～１０日に開催されるのを前に短冊の飾り付けが行われ、東日本大震災で被災した宮城・石巻市の小学生らの短冊も飾られた。節電などを考慮して規模を縮小し、パレードなどは行わないという。
