Scrums Liberal Industry critic Marc Garneau, Bloc Québécois leader Gilles Duceppe and NDP Justice critic Joe Comartin discussed the federal government’s decision to review the proposed merger of the Toronto and London stock exchanges. Duceppe and Comartin also discussed the bill to end the accelerated parole option for non-violent criminals.  Liberal MP John McKay, NDP Foreign Affairs critic Paul Dewar and Liberal Foreign Affairs critic Bob Rae spoke to reporters about International Cooperation Minister Bev Oda's involvement with the doctored document that rejected funding for the church-based aid group KAIROS. Rae also commented on the government's plan to reduce immigration visas, specifically by reducing the number of family reunification visas.
