The Brewhaha’s Jamie Ward and Rob Serrini were invited down to experience the once in a lifetime Get Real NY craft beer and food festival, in the heart of NYC. Cameras rolling and pints lifted, we wrapped our taste buds around some of the most unique cask beer around.  About the event: Get Real NY is a celebration of the best cask beer and local food available. Expect to have your palate rocked as you sample some of the most amazing cask beers from here, there and everywhere in between. Local chefs from over twenty NYC restaurants will whip up delicious eats for all! Learn about some of your favorite beers from the brewers themselves and share a pint of a home-brew that rivals any pro. This event is for ANYONE who likes great beer and great food. Let’s be honest, who can possibly say no to great beer and great food? New York’s largest Cask fest 80 Casks, 35 food vendors, Beer & Food Pairing’s, homebrew section, lessons on how to homebrew, Brewer’s and chef’s will be on hand for Q&A sessions. Get Real NY will be teaming up with Neighborhood Eats, serving local food and beer as well as Cask Beers from around the world! This will truly be an event to remember.
