〈情迷水族〉 養魚、種花可以陶冶性情，有時甚至可以寓休閒於賺錢。近年由日本引入一種叫做「水晶蝦」的水族生物，身體只有數量米長，但紅白相襯，色彩吸引。而且只要繁殖有法，隨時可以為主人賺點錢。水族箱內除了魚、蝦之外，有水草盆景，更加可以增加生氣，水草盆景生意又怎樣做? 記者: 郭嘉恩 〈商廈〉 近期多宗中環、金鐘甲級商廈都錄得高價成交。其實自從政府推出住宅物業特別印花稅後，不少資金轉戰商廈，令年首兩個月，呎價錄得一成至一成半的升幅。差餉物業估價署資料顯示，同期，寫字樓買賣宗數是六百六十三宗，較去年同期升四成一，總值六十三點四億，較去年同期升七成三。市場預期中心地區寫字樓供應，仍見緊絀，商廈呎價仍有上升空間。 記者: 朱銘茵
