淡路から本州へ「光の帯」 明石海峡大橋
帰省・旅行先からのＵターンラッシュのピークとなった１５日、高速道路は夜も渋滞が続いた。午後７時時点で垂水ジャンクション（神戸市垂水区）付近から１１キロ渋滞した神戸淡路鳴門自動車道上り線の明石海峡大橋上では、渋滞する車のヘッドライトが「光の帯」をつくった。
