曾蔭權：公投慘淡收場 余若薇：不能少看50萬人
在政改電視辯論中，行政長官曾蔭權質疑，公民黨黨魁余若薇發動的立法會補選、五區公投運動，投票率只是17.1%，慘淡收場，是否欺騙市民。 余若薇承認，投票率只有17.1%當然不理想，但不要少看50萬人投票，當年50萬人上街遊行，政府要撤回23條立法；她反問曾蔭權，如要論數據，港大民調顯示七成市民要求2016年前取消功能組別，六成人要求撤回方案，政府如何回應。 曾蔭權批評余若薇欺騙香港人、說歪理；余若薇則批評曾蔭權背答案，沒有回應她的問題。
