一体改革案、消費税増税は「１０年代半ば」
政府・与党は３０日、社会保障と税の一体改革案を決定。焦点だった消費税率の引き上げ時期については「１０年代半ば」とし、「１５年度」と時期を明確にしないことで決着。消費税率引き上げをめぐっては、与謝野経財相らと民主党との間で調整が難航していた。
