My Healthy Grocery Cart
In this video, I give you the list of my healthy grocery cart. Weight loss and better health is about making good choices, therefore you have to keep the good stuff in you house and get rid of the junk. Plane and simple. Asparagus, green beans, grape tomatoes, seedless grapes, pineapples, mangoes, bananas, and apples are very important for a good health. These all are good sources of carbohydrates. Mixed nuts, olive oil, and brown rice are also very important for a healthy body. Shrimp, salmon, chicken breasts, eggs, dry blueberries, hummus, chicken sausages, pork tenderloin, tuna, and canned chicken breasts are other good and nutritious dietary sources.
