學生們的悠長暑假即將展開，為人父母當然想子女善用餘暇好好學習，然而家長該如何選擇既令子女感興趣，又能增長知識的暑假活動？藝員嘉賓陳珮珊，亦正為兩名兒子的暑期課外活動而煩惱。她會以甚麼準則為子女選擇？珮珊的一對兒子年齡有一段距離，選擇暑期活動時應否分開考慮？兩兄弟參與同一活動又是否合適？另外臨床心理學專家會跟觀眾探討兒童在成長中不同階段的發展潛力，並會指導家長在挑選暑期活動時，如何判斷是否適合子女？至於「今晚食乜餸」李錦聯會示範一道「欖菜肉木魚花豆腐」。
