名人飯堂 - 蓋嗚暉吃得有道 - 第10集
這一集名人飯堂的主持是粵劇名伶蓋嗚暉,她在演戲以外,也很喜歡食,今次帶來幾位朋友,包括:李純恩、胡楓、石修、歐錦棠、麥玲玲、黎耀祥和王祖藍,一同享受美食。 首先去到一間中菜廳,品嚐芙蓉鮮蟹鉗、鮮白菌瑤柱生蠔、山楂川汁爆蝦球、葡萄汁煙香玉簪卷、豆漿梅菜叉燒包,還有脆皮龜苓膏。 在香港很多人愛吃上海菜,蓋嗚暉介紹了一間滬菜館,上海暖鍋、蟹粉獅子頭、蝦子大烏參、清蒸鰣魚、南瓜八寶飯,不少菜式內佝酒香,滋味十足。 藝人喜愛吃火鍋,麥玲玲師傅解釋火鍋熱氣之迷,這家海鮮火鍋店,材料新鮮,更有自家製的肉丸和豆腐,不少得南非鮑魚片、牛頸脊肉、皇帝菜。 吃過中菜再吃日本菜,鵝肝壽司、鹽燒藍鰭吞拿魚魚骹、各式日本魚生、鐵板燒黑鮑及北海道長腳蟹,太多太多。 吃生蠔是否一定由六隻起?怎麼會有大小之分?從淡味開始吃起?今集有師傅一一解答。 除了高級食肆,茶餐廳亦有好東西,煲仔飯、腸粉樣樣做得好味。 看看地址,拿起電話,請客去!
