曾採訪香港前途談判、香港主權回歸、《基本法》起草等重大新聞的資深新聞工作者梁家權,兩年前毅然離開從事多年的新聞界,以撰寫飲食專欄闖出名堂,今集新加盟的主持人李浩林,請來這位「傳奇」傳媒人,細談突然轉型的心路歷程。 對本港傳媒略有認識的觀眾,或許會記得政治記者出身,打拼至報社執行總編輯高位的梁家權(KK),兩年前他突然離開新聞界,轉而撰寫大眾化的飲食專欄,冒升成為新一代「街坊食家」。KK坦承自小「為食」全因成長於食肆林立的旺角區,而被讀者取笑的「菠蘿油情意結」亦由小學時期開始萌芽,到底KK對「菠蘿油」這地道美食有多執着?KK撰寫食評自有一套,他坦言不愛用太多形容詞描繪食物的味道,反而着重美食背後的人情味,例如一同分享美食的對象,更易引起讀者共鳴。他最難忘第一次自主決定去吃的一餐飯,事後卻被梁媽媽教訓了一頓,要付出這麼嚴重的代價,這餐飯有多矜貴?在新聞界奮戰廿八年,KK何以選擇抽身離去?訪問過眾多政、經名人,KK對年前參與政壇名人回憶錄的連串訪談感受最深,當中有甚麼難忘片段?
