林瑞麟冀秋季提交2012年選舉本地層面立法草案
政制及內地事務局局長林瑞麟表示，期望秋季向立法會提交2012年行政長官及立法會產生辦法的本地立法層面條例草案，預計需時五至六個月審議，明年四至五月通過。政府亦正研究限制議員辭職後補選，希望很快有結論。 林瑞麟在本台節目表示，暫時未有結論，日後是分階段或是一次過取消委任區議員，政府會在秋季時一併提出，現正作內部研究。 他強調，在2012年立法會和行政長官選舉，委任區議員已沒有角色，何時完全取消，要再聽取不同意見。
