陳敏兒：「我的個性很懦弱，很怕面對困難，不是大家想像中的女強人，兒子得了癌症，對我來說是一個很大的打擊，想不到我生命中一場這麼大的逆境，反而改變了我的人生觀，我不再單單為自己努力，建立一個幸福快樂的家庭，而是我能夠擁抱自己的孩子，去愛自己的孩子之餘，我還有能力擁抱，去愛別人的孩子，我成立了一個家長教育機構，我想用自己過往一些做母親掙扎的經驗，為香港的父母打氣、加油，就讓我們一起學習怎樣做父母，去擁抱我們的孩子，愛我們的孩子，讓逆變翼，展翅高飛。」
