律師為法輪功辯護 震動樂山公檢法
四川省樂山市中區法院近日開庭，以刑法第300條起訴法輪功學員朱明容和王善竹。律師彭永峰為被告做無罪辯護時指出，公訴人適用法律不當，法庭嚴重破壞司法程序。法院被迫兩次休庭應對，最後依然枉法重判朱明容和王善竹分別6年和1年半徒刑。
