China May Raise Rates Twice in 2012, Economist Says
Lu Ting, China economist at Bank of America-Merrill Lynch in Hong Kong, talks about the nation’s economy and central bank monetary policy.   China yesterday raised benchmark interest rates for the third time this year, adding to efforts to cool the world’s fastest-growing economy after inflation accelerated to the quickest pace since 2008.
