Ein Gerangel um die Stimmanteile beginnt. Tanja wirkt auf Sebastian ein und der gerät ins Grübeln - lässt sich aber von Ludwig auf dessen Seite ziehen. Tanja nimmt besorgt und wütend zur Kenntnis, dass Ludwig offenbar wild entschlossen ist, sein Familien-Gremium zu installieren.
