有一個學貫中西的知識分子，有次去遊歷的時候租了一條船，跟船伕言談之間得知船夫，不會寫詩，又不會欣賞音樂，對美術更是一竅不通，他對船伕說，他的人生總共少了六分之三，就是少了一半。說到這裡，突然風雲色變，狂風大雨，船伕這個時候就反問知識份子﹕「先生，你會游水嗎?」知識份子搖頭示意不懂，船伕就對他說﹕「先生，你的人生很快就會失去了六分之六，我先走了，你看著辦吧﹗再見﹗」。 每個人都是獨特的，不該把自己以為是對或好的準則，硬套在別人身上。我的優點他沒有，但反觀自己，他的優點我又有齊嗎﹖
