弁天塚古墳もしくは神並６号墳（神並古墳群に属する）とも呼ばれ、千手寺の境内にある円墳。六世紀後半に築造され、全長約８，８ｍ。玄室の長さ約４，８ｍ、幅約１，８ｍ、高さ約２，５ｍ。羨道の長さ約４ｍ、幅約１，５ｍ。出土品は須恵器、土師器、耳環等。MAP
