Equity futures are pointing higher this morning with the Dow Jones Industrial Average looking to open 17 points higher while the broader S&P500 index is looking to open over 3 points higher. Moving fast in the pre-market session are shares of Conoco Phillips (NYSE:COP) up 9% on news that the company will split into two companies; Yum! Brands (NYSE:YUM) up 3% after the company reported quarterly results; and JPMorgan Chase (NYSE:JPM) up over 2% following its Q2 results.
