行政長官參觀天水圍福利設施
行政長官曾蔭權到天水圍參觀社會福利設施和建造業訓練中心，了解地區的精神康復和幼兒照顧服務，以及本港建造業人手培訓情況。 曾蔭權在天澤邨的新生精神康復會安泰軒，與服務使用者和他們的家屬，就協助精神病康復者融入社區交流意見。 隨後前往天悅邨，參觀一項由香港天水圍婦女聯合會營運的鄰里支援幼兒照顧計劃。 曾蔭權又到位於天水圍的建造業議會訓練中心，了解學員的訓練情況。
