Strange Eyes — All his life, James Telemann has lived in the rural Wheat Belt, working the land and breeding cattle - and he would have it no other way. The isolation and solitude of the farm however, is a doubled edged sword to James. The landscape he finds himself in has a strange attraction for James, making him stay even when his wife has recently moved away. As James continues on with his days, he becomes tensely aware of a presence there with him. He realizes he has been aware of it for sometime - watching him from outside the window. Whatever the thing may be, James feels a fear unlike any other in its presence, and he knows it will change him forever.
