Good Morning. It’s Wednesday, June 29, 2011. At this hour, U.S. equity futures are higher. Overseas, the Asian markets were mixed, while the European markets are up. Coca-Cola FEMSA (NYSE:KOF), Grupo Tampico and its shareholders agreed to merge Grupo Tampico's beverage division, one of the largest family-owned bottlers in terms of sales volume in Mexico, with Coca-Cola FEMSA. Nike (NYSE:NKE) says its inventory will grow faster than revenue through November. Tanger Factory Outlet Centers (NYSE:SKT) announced the acquisition of Prime Outlets at Jeffersonville from Ohio Factory Stores Partnership, a subsidiary of Indiana-based Simon Property Group (NYSE:SPG), for a purchase price of $134M. Kyocera (NYSE:KYO) will acquire 100% ownership of Denmark-based UNIMERCO Group. Campbell Soup (NYSE:CPB) announced a series of initiatives to improve supply chain efficiency and reduce overhead costs across the organization. The company also announced its intent to close its office in Moscow and exit the Russian market. Dell (NASDAQ:DELL) will repurchase more than $2B in common stock during current fiscal year.
