アメリカ・テキサス州で、脱獄の瞬間を防犯カメラがとらえた。台に寄りかかり、電話をする2人の囚人。20分以上、その場を動かない2人を不審に思った看守が、部屋のドアを開けた瞬間、囚人が看守に殴りかかった。ほかの看守も加わり、必死に捕まえようとするが、1人はそのまま部屋を出て、逃げてしまった。残された囚人は、その場で取り押さえられ、逃げた男は3日後、家にいたところを再び逮捕された。母親と知人の女性も、脱獄を手助けしたとして罪に問われている。
