生肉提供の飲食店、半数超が衛生基準守らず
焼き肉チェーンの集団食中毒事件を受けて実施された全国の生肉を提供する飲食店約１万５０００店への検査で、５１．８％が国の衛生基準を満たしていないことが厚労省のまとめでわかった。大腸菌などの自主検査や器具の熱湯消毒をしていない例が多かった。
