(Ontario) - May 18, 2010 - Case number 32789 The Hudson's Bay Company (HBC) provides a pension plan for its employees. When HBC sold one of its divisions, the employees and the pension plan were transferred to the new company. The appellants argue that the surplus in their old pension plan should be transferred to their new pension plan.
