熱血替代役男 上街募發票
自統一發票增加1000萬獎項後，民眾捐發票的意願降低，社福團體發票量下滑近4成，昨天苗栗縣政府教育處與校外會12名替代役男，發起「搶救發票大作戰」活動，向苗栗市區商家與民眾募發票，希望藉行動呼籲大家能愛心捐發票。(2011/7/15)
