Motorola Mobility Acquires Swedish Maker of TV Internet Soft
Motorola Mobility Inc. (MMI) is down just over 1% in late morning trading after announcing this morning that it is acquiring Dreampark, a Swedish maker of software for TV systems based on Internet technology. Terms of the deal were not disclosed. The acquisition is expected to close in the second quarter.
