IMF’s Lipksy on Greek Crisis, U.S. Debt Ceiling
John Lipsky, acting managing director of the International Monetary Fund, talks about private-sector involvement in a new bailout package for Greece and the need to raise the U.S. debt ceiling to avoid a potential default.
